The Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Clinical and Research Service in the Semel Institute operates seven TMS devices (both Magventure and Magstim) that are capable of a full range of clinical and research TMS procedures, including sham-coil stimulation. The Service also is equipped with a neuronavigation system that allows MRI-guidance of coil placement as well as TMS-compatible EEG that allows recording during stimulation procedures.
