Note: “Program Plan” is the name of two separate sections within the training grant. One to describe the main 25-page written component and again as a subcategory within that main plan, which encompasses seven additional required sections. Please review the chart above closely to differentiate these two components. In order to remain organized, it is advised that you title each section, subsection, and subcategory using the conventions listed on this page.
