Background:
Adam has a Masters degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University’s School of Public & Environmental Affairs, where he focused on health industry regulation, environmental policy, and an understanding of bureaucratic and organizational policymaking. Adam’s research interests include mental health policy, social epidemiology and the role of social determinants in health outcomes, risky health behaviors involving illicit and recreational drug use, including alcohol, and the evaluation and improvement of substance-use rehabilitation facilities. Adam is pursuing a PhD in Health Policy and Management from the UCLA Fielding School of Public Health.
