CITI Good Clinical Practices (GCP) Training

The Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI Program) at the University of Miami is a leading provider of research education content. Their web-based training materials serve millions of learners at academic institutions, government agencies, and commercial organizations in the U.S. and around the world. CITI Program's GCP content includes distinct courses tailored to the different types of clinical research. Their focus areas include courses in ethics, research, meeting regulatory requirements, responsible conduct of research, and research administration. GCP courses are suitable for research teams involved in clinical trials of drugs, biologics, and devices. Training in this is a prerequisite for IRB approval for all clinical research key personnel. CITI provides four courses for the GCP program, as well as refreshers for each course.
