Administrative Director | UCLA CTSI Community Engagement and Research Program

The UCLA Clinical and Translational Science Institute Community Engagement & Research Program (CERP) is seeking to hire an experienced, Administrative Director. The Administrative Director will manage the day-to-day administrative components under direction of the CERP Co-Directors, Program Director and Leadership Team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day activities of the Center and assure the program meets timelines and deliverables by facilitating fiscal, administrative and research support for the funded projects within the Program. This will include building the infrastructure necessary to initiate and facilitate the Center’s projects and cores and community-academic partnerships including reporting, administration of pilot projects awards, assuring appropriate IRB approvals, financial administration, website, mailing lists. You will collaborate with community based organizations, community health centers, public health departments, investigators, and community coalitions. You will also consult with and develop training programs for community stakeholders to review pilot project application and community catalyst awards, and facilitating fiscal, administrative and research support for the funded projects. The Administrative Director will be responsible for tracking all Center activities and creating reports for PIs, NIH and facilitate financial reporting. Target annual rate: $67,400-$133,400
