CTSI supported this research through CTSI/CART Pilot funding awarded to Dr. Carlos Portera-Cailliau in 2019.

UCLA provides lots of internal grant support. For example, the Center for Autism Research and Treatment in partnership with CTSI provides small grants that encourage collaborations across labs on campus. This particular CART grant supported a collaboration between my lab and that of Michael Gandal (now at U. Penn) for the transcriptomic studies.
