Master Contracts with Industry Speed Negotiations for Clinical Trials, UC Study Finds

The study of 581 new contracts on five UC medical campuses also found that contracts took longer to finalize when contract research organizations (CROs) were involved. Contracting directors from UC Davis, UC Irvine, UCLA, UC San Diego and UC San Francisco led the study, in collaboration with the CTSAs on each campus and the UC Office of the President.
