Biomath 265A: Computer Assisted Statistical Data Analysis (JMP class)

Course Description: Lecture, two hours; laboratory, two hours. Preparation: M.D. or Ph.D. degree. Data management and data analysis using the JMP software system.  Management and manipulation of files and methods needed to prepare data for analysis. Methods for carrying out bivariate and multivariate statistical analyses using JMP including linear and logistic regression. Interpretation of results and written and oral presentation of findings. Letter grading.

Requisite: Course Biomath 170A

This course is a companion to course Biomathematics 266A and is part of the Track 3/Master of Science in Clinical Research graduate degree program. Track 2 (and then Track 1) participants may attend with instructor permission and as space allows.
