Application Process

1. All CTSI applications MUST be submitted via the Lundquist/Harbor-UCLA iMEDRIS system.
2. The CTSI Application is integrated to the IRB Application. You submit a CTSI Application together with your Human Subjects application by responding -YES- to the question “Are you going to be using the services of CTSI?” Yes
